HOW TO PRE-ORDER:
- We do not accept phone orders.
PRE-ORDER MINIMUM:
- There is a minimum pre-order amount of $50 on Fridays and Saturdays.
SCHEDULING YOUR ORDER:
- Orders can be placed the same day by 3:00 pm (Tues-Sat).
- If the day you are ordering is not available online, we are not taking orders for that day. Your order will be available the next day we are open.
HOW TO PICK-UP YOUR ORDER:
- Review your order pick up date and time on your receipt confirmation (email and text message).
- Park in our designated pre-order pick up lot behind our building.
- When you arrive, an attendant will greet you (please call 919-373-8067 if no attendant is available).
- Your order will always be cut fresh upon arrival, so please allow for up to 15 minutes for preparation Tues-Thurs after you arrive, 20-40 minutes for preparation on Fri-Sat.

To request the Daily Featured Item (e.g., Beef Ribs, Burnt End, Wings, ), please specify in the “Comments” field on the “Check Out” screen. Features are first come first served and are NOT guaranteed!
We recommend at least 1/2 pound of meat per person.
Please specify any other special requests in the comments and we will do our best to accommodate.
**NOTE** Ordered items are not able to be swapped for featured items.
