This Fall class will be a full day, 8:30am-4:30pm on Sunday September 22nd. This class will be taught by our very own Barbecue Nerd A.K.A Christopher Prieto. This class will cover the following Menu: Whole Hog, Whole Turkey, Prime Rib, and Brisket. Whether you are just getting started in BBQ or have years of experience, this is the class for you. We will cover all aspects from meat selection, seasoning profiles, prep process, and cook time/temps. We will also observe the cook in real time throughout the day with a feast to conclude.
