The next class of 2026 will be a full day, 8:30am-5:30pm on Sunday July 26th. This class will be taught by our very own Barbecue Nerd, A.K.A, Christopher Prieto. This class will cover the following Menu: Brisket, Coffee Rubbed Skirt Steak, Lexington Style pork Shoulder, and Turkey Breast.
Whether you are just getting started in BBQ or have years of experience, this is the class for you. We will cover all aspects from meat selection, seasoning profiles, prep process, and cook time/temps. We will also observe the cook in real time throughout the day with a feast to conclude.
