Ultimate Prime Christmas Feast
The next class of 2025 will be a full day, 8:30am-5:30pm on Sunday March 23rd. This class will be taught by our very own Barbecue Nerd, A.K.A, Christopher Prieto. This class will cover the following Menu: Brisket, Pork Steak, Burnt Ends, and Pulled Chicken.
Whether you are just getting started in BBQ or have years of experience, this is the class for you. We will cover all aspects from meat selection, seasoning profiles, prep process, and cook time/temps. We will also observe the cook in real time throughout the day with a feast to conclude.
Light Breakfast, Lunch (Smoked Turkey Slider), Snacks, Drinks, and Dinner Included
